So what?  shall we stop living?  Should we quit?  If you think so, then you are wrong, because life is like a game. And we have to cross every level of this game, whether it is done with pleasure and sadness. 

And yes I know we often feel nervous while facing life’s challenges. But here I want to ask you all, don’t you think when we play games like pubg or candy crush, we play every level of it with great excitement. And after crossing every level, we feel strong vibes that we can also cross the next one. Because it gives us support to move ahead. In the same way, we should have to play the games of Life and try to overcome all the obstacles our life throwing on us.

However, many times in life, we ​​become so depressed that we uninstall this life game by giving up our lives. But can we get rid of all those problems by doing so? If not? Then what’s the use of shutting down our life.

Yes, I can’t deny that many things can make us sad. Starting from being left by a boyfriend, cheated by his own friend, etc. But believe it or not, if anything that makes us sad at the same time, it can also make us smile. Once I heard that sadness is not due to lack of happiness. But because of our inability to see the positive side of everything. In other words, I can say sorrow and joy are the only points of view. Some sorrow can be turned into happiness just by changing the point of view. And this is the point of view of people who can always be happy, even in the phase of their hard times.

Why do We Need to Lead a Positive Life

Therefore, we have to become a positive person and spread positive vibes, because if we want to cope with the day to day challenges, then we have to lead a positive life. For this, we should have to do many things to make us feel relaxed and calm. 

1. Firstly

we should Feel proud in our own skin because it is the first step to becoming happy. No one is perfect here in this world. Everyone was born with a blemish. And it means that we are not alone here who got this black skin, ugly looks, short height, etc, etc. Therefore We have to accept ourselves for who we are. We don’t need to change ourselves and be perfect for others but we need to accept our imperfection whether it is our background, our skin, our nose, our eyes, our hair, our freckles, and many more things. And always remember that loving ourselves should be our first priority. It is the number one killer of all the problems. Because if we are not comfortable in our own skin, it means we keep comparing ourselves with others instead of comparing who we are now with our old self. And it kills our self-esteem, our self-confidence, and the happiness that comes from within. And that’s all because we are born into a society that needs approval. But again I want to ask you all, really we need approval from society for accepting ourselves. I think no. because we are in a relationship with ourselves that is the most important relationship of all and if we still not accept ourselves the way we are born then we are doing injustice to oneself. So please love yourself and accept yourself.

And for this Stop listening to what others say about you. And alwayslisten to what you think about yourself.

Because, To get a quiet and peaceful life, you have to always be grateful for the good situation you still have. Try to remember what things and good fortune you still have until now. And Say thanks for all those things.

And appreciate what you have and never compare yourself with others because later you will become ungrateful and always feel less, so you will be unhappy. If you keep wishing, hoping, expecting something else, and don’t feel happy with what you already have, you will always feel miserable and feel like something is missing in your life.
